Our beliefs and emotions are limited. Our mind has tangible restrictions. It cannot imagine the potentials that exist. It is when we are in a flow state or harmony that we are able to tap into the wisdom of Nature or the Universe. This state is a state without limits, a field of potentials.

Whatever we don’t change we choose. We are creators. We create our life and change our energy constantly with our beliefs and emotions. If we react rather than act we are still creating. Claim your power, your energy, and create consciously. Follow your heart.
Inspirations and revelation cannot be forced. Enter a flow state.
Flow states can be induced by art and nature. Nature is an example of a positive or high vibe environment. We experience awe and ease in nature. Art, like nature, has a positive effect on us. Art creates a resonance with our heart, a coherence. This is a receptive state where our energy is in resonance with the Universe. When we create, we enter a state of resonance.
When we were children we daydreamed and imagined. We refer to this as play. Science has long believed in play. Scientists have discovered that it takes approximately 400 repetitions to create a new synapse in the brain, unless it is done in play, in which case it takes only 10-20 repetitions.
